    TWO unique stepped bushings made of steel that look too handy to scrap out.
    I bought a case of them in an auction and They are a stepped bushing one inch tall  with 3/4 inch ID  1 3/8 inch OD with a small shoulder 1 1/2 inch and a 3/8 inch wide keyway that I think was supposed to be for a bolt to lock them in place
    They weigh 3.4 ounces each and they do take a weld . I think they are cold rolled steel.
    I think these would be great for fabrication of tooling , jigs , framework  etc...
